We aim to deliver your books in the best possible condition. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase or have received a damaged or incorrect order, we will entertain a refund or return only under the following conditions:

For any return/refund request, the customer must notify us within 7 days of delivery by sending an email to mehrashrikhande@gmail.com or contacting us via our official page. The request must include the order ID, reason for return, and photos if applicable. Upon review, if approved, the refund will be processed after deducting shipping, packaging, and service charges, which may account for up to 60% of the order value.

A full refund may only be granted if the cancellation request is made before the order is dispatched from our facility. Once the order is shipped, a refund can only be initiated after successful delivery, and applicable deductions (60%) will apply.

For any book bundles or box sets, return/refund will apply only if the complete set is returned. Partial returns of items from a bundle or set will not be accepted. The customer must return the entire product as received, with no missing contents or damage.

Note:

• The estimated time to process and credit the refund is 7–10 working days.

• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used while placing the order.

• The refund amount will not exceed the original amount paid.

• We will not refund shipping, COD charges, taxes, or duties, if applicable or paid at the time of delivery.

• The return shipping address will be mentioned on the original billing invoice and the Contact Us page.

 

❌ No Refunds Will Be Provided In The Following Cases:

• Incorrect, incomplete, or outdated delivery address (including P.O. Box addresses).

• After 3 failed delivery attempts by our courier partner or if the package is refused by the recipient.

• Products returned in damaged or used condition.

• Missing parts or incomplete return of the original product (e.g., pages torn, content missing).

• Requests made after 7 days from the date of delivery.

• Refund request for digital products, eBooks, or downloads (if applicable in future).
